Summary

Join us at WinMan Trails for a 6 stage, Onewheel Enduro style race AND head to head Dual Slalom racing. Practice will be open on Friday, Enduro racing all day Saturday, and Dual Slalom race Sunday! Each attendee needs a separate registration. Please input "1" next to each event you are registering for. A maximum of two events per event registration (e.g. - you can register for both the Enduro and Dual Slalom at the same time but you cannot register multiple different riders at the same time)

Waiver Statement *

A: Release of All Liability (including negligence):

I agree to fully release and discharge WinMan Trails from any liability for any damages, injuries, or claims, including any injuries or damages occurring from any negligence of WinMan Trails to myself or any other person or property, as a result of my participation in this clinic. I fully understand and agree to release WinMan Trails for its negligence in causing in whole or in part any injury to me.

B: Promise Not to Sue and Hold Harmless

I agree no lawsuit will be filed by me or on my behalf against WinMan Trails as a result of my participation in this clinic. If I do file a lawsuit, I agree to pay any attorney fees, costs or judgment incurred by WinMan Trails even if WinMan Trails is found negligent. I further agree to indemnify WinMan Trails and Hold it Harmless for any damages, injuries, judgements or lawsuits, including any attorney’s fees and costs incurred by WinMan Trails as a result of my participation in this clinic. I agree my obligation to indemnify and hold WinMan Trails harmless applies even if WinMan Trails is negligent.

C: Authorization to Use Photos and/or Videos

I hereby grant permission to WinMan Trails to use photographs and/or video of me taken in publications, news releases, online, and in other communications related to the mission of WinMan Trails.

I understand this is a contract, which limits my legal rights, and it is binding upon me, my heirs and legal representative. If portions of this agreement are invalid, it is agreed the remaining portions will remain intact and enforceable. By signing the Release of Liability, the undersigned acknowledges she or he has fully read and understands the above.
