Led by our friends at For the Love of Bikes, these clinics are designed for adults and coached by experienced Mountain Bike Coaches with safe progressions as our top priority aligned with your riding goals.
Description
Saturday:
- 8:30 AM – Meet & Safety Talk
- 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM – Foundations, (COED or Ladies only option)
- 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM – Cornering Tips to Get Faster and Trail Application
- Lunch Break: Noon (on your own)
- Optional: Bike maintenance with hands on learning at 4 pm.

- 8:45 AM – Group Meet
- 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM – Technical Riding & Slow Speed Skills
- 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM – Climbing, Descending & Developing Flow
- 4:00 PM – Post-ride Wrap-up with Coaches
- Lunch Break: Noon (on your own)
