CO-ED MTB Clinic @ 10:00am

This event offers up to six hours of bike time for participants featuring both beginner and intermediate skill groups. The day begins at 9:30 am with introductions, bike checks, and skill drills in the morning, followed by lunch at 1 pm and afternoon trail application learning. Participants will develop confidence using the PMBIA approach, focusing on position, balance, and control in the morning, and tackling natural trail features in the afternoon.
